A lighthearted and humorous scene in a doctor's office with a minimalist design. The room has beige walls, a wooden floor, a medical examination table, and a small cabinet with neatly arranged medical tools. In the foreground, a middle-aged male patient is standing or sitting with a shy, embarrassed expression, holding his pants in his hands. The doctor, wearing a white coat and a stethoscope around his neck, stands nearby, smiling playfully and pointing toward a chair. On the chair, the doctor's own pants are neatly folded, adding a comedic twist to the scene. The lighting is soft and warm, creating a calm and slightly awkward yet funny atmosphere. The expressions and body language of both the doctor and the patient emphasize the humorous tension in the moment. The setting should feel professional but with a comedic, lighthearted tone
