A cinematic, high-definition, curvy chibi Latina elf seated on a floating lily pad, balancing an elegant porcelain tea set with perfect poise. Her platinum blonde curls are twisted into an intricate braided updo, held together with dainty pearl and silver vine pins. Her outfit is a classic, Victorian-inspired white dress with ruffled lace layers and sheer puffed sleeves, tied at the waist with a satin ribbon. She wears striped white tights and ultra-high platform stilettos, peeking out as she gracefully crosses her legs. The floating tea set magically pours tea into her cup, while tiny glowing fireflies dance around her. The dreamy background features a glassy lake reflecting the sky, adding to the whimsical fairytale atmosphere.
